ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की प्रक्रिया  

ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस www.parivahan.gov.in से संबंधित सभी गतिविधियों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना अनिवार्य है

जो व्यक्ति ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस चाहता है, उसे निर्धारित फॉर्म में आवेदन करना होगा। लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदक को कंप्यूटर के साथ-साथ ड्राइविंग टेस्ट भी पास करना आवश्यक है।

नया ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदक को लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना आवश्यक है।

आवेदक को ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के साथ-साथ सीखने के उद्देश्य से फॉर्म नंबर 2/4 में आवेदन करना आवश्यक है, फॉर्म नंबर 1 (ए) में मेडिकल सर्टिफिकेट भी संलग्न करना आवश्यक है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति परिवहन माल वाहन के लिए ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना चाहता है, और ऑनलाइन अपॉइंटमेंट प्राप्त करना चाहता है या अधिक जानकारी के लिए, कृपया देखें: www.parivahan.gov.in 

एक व्यक्ति को बिना गियर वाले 2 पहिया वाहनों के लिए लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए 16 साल पूरे करने चाहिए।

एक व्यक्ति को गियर, मोटर-कार, ट्रैक्टर और अन्य गैर-परिवहन वाहनों के साथ 2 पहिया वाहनों के लिए लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए 18 वर्ष की आयु पूरी कर लेनी चाहिए।

परिवहन वाहनों के लिए, एक व्यक्ति को 20 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करनी चाहिए। इसके अलावा उसे 8 वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए और उसे हल्के मोटर वाहन चलाने का 1 वर्ष का अनुभव होना चाहिए।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज

स्कूल छोड़ने का प्रमाण पत्र, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, पासपोर्ट, पैन कार्ड,एलआईसी पॉलिसी या सिविल सर्जन से एक प्रमाण पत्र या उसके समकक्ष एक डॉक्टर जो उम्र के प्रमाण के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है।

एड्रेस
स्कूल प्रूफिंग सर्टिफिकेट, पासपोर्ट, एलआईसी पॉलिसी, इलेक्टोरल वोटर आई-कार्ड, लाइट बिल, टेलीफोन बिल, पते के साथ हाउस टैक्स की रसीद, केंद्र / राज्य के वेतन पर्ची / स्थानीय स्व सरकार या आवेदक से एक शपथ-पत्र। पते के लिए asthe प्रमाण प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है।

परीक्षा की प्रक्रिया

   लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए, कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से ज्ञान परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है।

नियम और यातायात के नियम, और यातायात संकेत जैसे परीक्षण शामिल हैं।

परीक्षण में 15 प्रश्न यादृच्छिक रूप से पूछे जाते हैं, जिसमें से 11 प्रश्नों का उत्तर परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए सही उत्तर देने की आवश्यकता होती है।

प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर देने के लिए 48 सेकंड की अनुमति है।

परीक्षण में असफल व्यक्ति 24 घंटे के अंतराल के बाद पुन: परीक्षण के लिए उपस्थित हो सकता है।

एक व्यक्ति जिसके पास लर्निंग लाइसेंस या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस है और जो मौजूदा ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में अतिरिक्त श्रेणी के ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करना चाहता है, उसे कंप्यूटर पर ज्ञान परीक्षण से छूट दी गई है।

   स्थायी ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए ड्राइविंग टेस्ट अनिवार्य है

लर्निंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के 30 दिनों के अंतराल के बाद ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए कोई भी उपस्थित हो सकता है।

ड्राइविंग टेस्ट उसी तरह के वाहन पर आयोजित किया जाता है जिसके लिए ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए आवेदन किया गया है।

लर्निंग लाइसेंस केवल 6 महीने की अवधि के लिए मान्य है, इसलिए,वैधता अवधि के भीतर ड्राइविंग टेस्ट के लिए आवेदक को उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है।

स्टेप

Guidelines to apply for New Learner Licence. PARIVAHAN SEWA Home Page Click on the SARATHI in the Home Page (located on right side) for Driving Licence Service Click Apply Online

Click New Learner’s Licence

Click on Continue button

If candidate is applying for fresh Learner Licence then select the first choice “I don’t have any Licence” then click Submit button. 

New blank Application form screen will be open. Please fill all the necessary information, * marked block is mandatory to fill. 

Above form shows how to fill the information. After filling the form click on Submit button.

After successful submission Application Number will be generated and SMS will be sent to the entered mobile number. Candidate can take a print of the generated acknowledgement. Click on Next button for documents, photo and signature upload. 

Select the UPLOAD DOCUMENTS option and click Next button 

Select the Suitable Documents and Proofs for respective documents. Select the option Document and upload the document and click on Conform button to document upload conformation and click on Next button. Repeat the document upload procedure to upload all necessary documents. After successful uploading of all necessary documents click on Next button to Photo and Signature. 

Click on Browse button to select photograph of the candidate and Signature of the candidate. *** Please read the Photograph and Signature file specification before uploading the Photograph and Signature. Click on Upload and View Files After successful upload of Photograph and Signature click on Save Photo & Signature Image Files. “Inserted Successfully” message will be displayed on successful upload. Then click Next button to Fee Payment. 

Select the Fee Payment option and click Next for fee payment 

Instructions will be displayed for Online Payment for the LL/DL Applications then click “Click here to Continue ePayment” 

In Payment Options select the Bank/Gateway/Treasury and enter the Text as shown above. ***Every time new random text will be generated. Click on Pay Now button

Terms and Conditions will be displayed for online payment and click on Proceed for Payment

Please fallow the instructions given by the system. Please Don’t press BACK or REFRESH button of your browser 

Select the Mode of Payment and click Submit button. Candidate can select any of the mode listed and could make payment.
