Live Updates: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will be releasing the admit card for Group D examination on Thursday, September 13. All the candidates who will appear for the same, which is expected to be conducted from September 17, can download their respective admit cards from the region based websites. RRB will conduct the recruitment in three stages — CBT or Computer Based Test, PET or Physical Efficiency Test and lastly, document verification.

RRB of Indian Railways has activated the login window to know RRB Group D exam centre, exam date and exam shift for the Computer Based Test (CBT).

RRB Group D 2018: Railway Recruitment Board or RRB of Indian Railways has started the exam city, exam date and exam shift login process and with this, the applicants will be able to access the details of Computer Based Test (CBT) of the RRB Group D exam. According to RRB, the recruitment agency of country’s largest employer, the applicants will be able to login with their credentials through the link provided on the official websites of RRBs for knowing their respective Group D exam city, Group D exam date and Group D exam session or shift. The RRB Group D admit card will be released four days before the fixed exam date of every candidate.

Total No. of Posts: 62907 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have the Educational/Technical qualifications indicated against the notified posts in the CEN from recognized Board/NCVT/SCVT as on the closingdate for submission of the ONLINE application. Refer to Annexure-A forthe prescribed qualification against each of the posts. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational/technical qualification SHOULD NOT apply. Diploma/Degree in Engineering will not be accepted in lieu, of course, completed Act Apprenticeship / ITI. Also, Graduate Act Apprentice will not be accepted in lieu of Course Completed Act Apprenticeship.
Age Limit: 18 to 31 Years as on 01.07.2018
The scale of Pay: Level 01 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix with initial pay of Rs. 18000/- plus other allowances admissible at that time.
Fee:
*This fee of Rs. 250 shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in CBT.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.

- 2. For Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman / PWD / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically backward class.: Rs. 250/-*
