3. Money directly into the account of farmers, women

Farmers - Rs 8.69 crore will be helped under direct cash transfer. The farmers will receive their first installment in the first week of April. It will benefit 8.69 crore farmers.

4. Government will contribute to EPF, 75% of funds can be withdrawn

Relief - The government will automatically contribute both employees and company to the provident fund for three months. That means the government will contribute 24% to the EPF.
